1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77zz website at 77zz.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual bonus or promotional terms.

• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress or as a result of any external influence that impairs your judgement.

77zz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your registration, deposit, withdrawal, or ongoing use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 77zz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms govern your deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer minimums may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times: Deposits are credited instantly in the majority of cases. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, though delays may occur during high-volume periods or pending identity verification checks.
• Verification requirements: For withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a 30-day period, 77zz reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing the payment.
• Matched payment methods: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 77zz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• Transaction fees: 77zz does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) remain your responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT (৳). 77zz does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the player.

77zz reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 77zz may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77zz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available exclusively to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with 77zz. Bonuses may be restricted based on account history, payment method, or geographic location within Bangladesh.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically targeting bonus promotions across payment methods — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77zz platform are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 77zz system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of 77zz. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to 77zz's operational territory. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
